Ministry of Lands permanent Secretary Daphne Chabu, poses for a photo with the raffle winners

The Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources in collaborations with Medici Land Governance under the National Land Titling Program yesterday (4th Dec.2023) awarded 10 Land owners as winners of the raffle draw. The winners received a cheque of K5,000 each at Ministry of Lands headquarters courtesy of Medici Land Governance.
In attendance at the hand over ceremony, Ministry of Lands Permanent Secretary Mrs Daphne Chabu and Medici country Manager, Dr Chikusela Sikazwe.
This draw is still ongoing for Land owners that are making the minimum payment or more towards their title to secure their property. The Ministry hopes this exercise will encourage and motivate land owners to make payments and obtain their titles in good time.

  2. Local authorities – to which you belong.
  3. Traditional authorities

37 Working days after all payments are made.

Any holder of a Zambian National Registration Card above the age of 21 can obtain a piece of land in Zambia.
