Client Service Charter
The Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources launched the Client Service Charter which is a ‘social pact’ between the Ministry and its esteemed clients. The Charter outlines the core services the Ministry offer and high-quality standards that the clients should receive and expect on a continuous basis. It is expected that this charter will be used as a tool for enhancing the interface between the Ministry and the clients for improved service delivery.
